As this thanksgiving comes to an end I have been reflecting on my week of solidarity, I feel more refreshed than ever. Relaxation comes when there is not a need to please others. This week has been about myself and my own betterment. I am very happy with the events that have transpired, though they were the most low key moments of my life, I have never felt more joyous.
Here are some quotes that I found inspiring:
“Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”
“The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it.”
“Give up defining yourself - to yourself or to others. You won't die. You will come to life. And don't be concerned with how others define you. When they define you, they are limiting themselves, so it's their problem. Whenever you interact with people, don't be there primarily as a function or a role, but as the field of conscious Presence. You can only lose something that you have, but you cannot lose something that you are.”
“Whatever you fight, you strengthen, and what you resist, persists.”
“Living up to an image that you have of yourself or that other people have of you is inauthentic living.”
“Don't Seek Happiness. If you seek it, you won't find it, because seeking is the antithesis of happiness”
“What a liberation to realize that the “voice in my head” is not who I am. Who am I then? The one who sees that.”
“You have so much to learn from your enemies.”
“Defining yourself through thought is limiting yourself.”
“...whenever there is inspiration...and enthusiasm...there is a creative empowerment that goes far beyond what a mere person is capable of.”
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

I made this little leather bracelet and I absolutely love it. I wear it everyday.
This was a scratch off craft my mom sent me, I in no way composed these wolves, I wish with my whole heart I did.
